Business listing — the rules in plain English

When you submit a business to INDONC, here's what you're agreeing to. We've kept it short and clear on purpose.
- Accurate informationEverything you submit — name, address, contact details, description, photos — must be true, current, and lawful.
- You're authorisedYou are the owner of the business, or you have permission from the owner to register it on INDONC.
- Rights to your photosYou own the photos you upload, or you have permission to use them. You let INDONC display and promote them as part of your listing.
- We'll review your submissionListings are reviewed before they go live. We may approve, edit (for spelling, formatting, or category), or decline a submission at our discretion. Submission doesn't guarantee a listing.
- We can remove a listingIf a listing breaks these rules, gets credible complaints, or is no longer accurate, we may take it down or suspend it.
- No prohibited contentNothing illegal, deceptive, hateful, or harmful. No impersonation, no MLM schemes, no malware.
- We may contact youWe'll email you about your submission and listing. You can opt out of any non-essential updates.
- What's public vs privateYour business details (name, address, public phone/email, website, photos) are published in the directory. Your submitter contact details (the name, email, and phone you gave us to reach out to you) stay internal.
- No guaranteesINDONC is provided as-is. We don't promise traffic, ranking, business outcomes, or that the directory will always be available.
- Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes are handled by the courts of Mecklenburg County, NC.
