Business listing — the rules in plain English

Last updated: May 14, 2026

When you submit a business to INDONC, here's what you're agreeing to. We've kept it short and clear on purpose.

  • Accurate information
Everything you submit — name, address, contact details, description, photos — must be true, current, and lawful.
  • You're authorised
You are the owner of the business, or you have permission from the owner to register it on INDONC.
  • Rights to your photos
You own the photos you upload, or you have permission to use them. You let INDONC display and promote them as part of your listing.
  • We'll review your submission
Listings are reviewed before they go live. We may approve, edit (for spelling, formatting, or category), or decline a submission at our discretion. Submission doesn't guarantee a listing.
  • We can remove a listing
If a listing breaks these rules, gets credible complaints, or is no longer accurate, we may take it down or suspend it.
  • No prohibited content
Nothing illegal, deceptive, hateful, or harmful. No impersonation, no MLM schemes, no malware.
  • We may contact you
We'll email you about your submission and listing. You can opt out of any non-essential updates.
  • What's public vs private
Your business details (name, address, public phone/email, website, photos) are published in the directory. Your submitter contact details (the name, email, and phone you gave us to reach out to you) stay internal.
  • No guarantees
INDONC is provided as-is. We don't promise traffic, ranking, business outcomes, or that the directory will always be available.
  • Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes are handled by the courts of Mecklenburg County, NC.

By ticking the consent box on the registration form, you confirm you've read these terms and agree to them.
